I'm disgusted with the Bushnell ONIX 400 and the Bushnell Customer Service. It came with virtually no manual or instructions. Customer service wait time is ridiculous and less than helpful when you finally get through. In addition, downloading maps from the website is trial and error, as the instructions are very poorly written. I have yet to successfully download a single map in 4+ hours of attempts. Finally, the unit is difficult to use in the field and provides very little useful information. For the price of the unit, one would be better off hiring a human guide!
